2 Healers in 5Man?

Hey. I was just wondering if there was a possibility to run 5man dungeons with 2 healers instead of just one.
As my tank is quite undergeared it dies quite easily, and I would therefore like to have one of my DPS go healer aswell, as hes a retpaladin.
Is this possible?
