5/9/14 2 accounts perm banned at the same time - unbanned through appeals process

A bit more info:
I knew I was botting far too much but I wanted to see how far I could push it.
Both Accounts were b.net linked and banned at the same time.
First time infraction on both accounts = perm ban.
How did you appeal the ban?
Told them I have no idea why I was banned, I play far too much wow. I am the sole owner of the accounts, I do not use bots or third party programs, I do happen to use a lot of addons but nothing nefarious to the game.
I believe your automated tracking system has made a mistake, as I have never been involved in such a crime, I am a completely legitimate gamer ect ect
I asked for a detailed explanation seeing as this was the first transgression on both accounts.
I also said I had recently purchased MoP on one of the two accounts and would be forced to open up a paypal dispute if said account was no unlocked within a timely manner.
One Hour later Response:
After review, we have determined that the World of Warcraft license will not be closed. However, a 72 hour license suspension has been applied.
