My other active account on the battlenet was also banned that I didn't bot on. I appealed, but the GM responded that the account closure is permanent and will not be overturned or amended.
I won't be continuing with wow, it has been fun while it lasted though.

Never gathered or BG, no other activity with the bot? That's the kind of ban that has to come from a report for a suspicious action, only questing and 100% watched you won't get banned.

Only used questing botbase, none others.
The first email about the closure said due to hacks/cheat software. The GM reply to the appeal only said they performed an additional investigation and their 'initial findings' have been confirmed, the action will not be undone. That is all it said, no specifics.
