Account 1 (Newer account)

Following a review of your case, we can confirm that the evidence presented was correct, however, the original ban has been downgraded to a 72 hour suspension with a final warning on your account.

Your account was found to be using 3rd party programs, as you are probably aware this is against our terms of use.

There is no evidence of any unauthorised access and this has been done while the account was played by you.

Please note, it is our policy never to reveal details regarding account investigations, beyond the information given in the original notice mail, for privacy and security reasons.

Once the suspension passes you will be able to login and play normally, however any further breeches of our terms of use will lead to permanent account closure.

We now consider this matter closed, and would not look to enter into further communication on the matter.

Your World of Warcraft account has been permanently closed due to a direct breach of the Terms of Use.

We take these types of issue very seriously, and a full investigation is done before any action taken. In this case we have deemed that the evidence provided is correct and the action will not be overturned.
