2 accounts banned on the same Bnet account.

Okay guys, so 3 days ago, I found out that I was banned on both my farmer accounts (mostly in Uldum & pets farming aswell). So I didnt receive any e-mail about it, so I opened a ticket. Here's my ticket: #ACCOUNT1

Dear GMs, Today I wanted to login but I'm banned. Didn't receive any e-mail about it. **** **** **** that got banned. So now I'm asking, why? What happened? What **** ***** wrong? I know I got reported for botting by **** ***** ***** , but that was just him being jealous! Please look into it?

Ok 72h only, thats great I thought. So I went to take a look at my 2nd account, which by that time I had an e-mail received for both of them: #ACCOUNT1 : 72h - #ACCOUNT2 : perma ban.
So I went to appeal that one aswel, but didnt had much trust in it because this is my 5th ban allready in 2 years So here u go: #ACCOUNT2

By that they mean, the perma ban isnt going to get removed or converted into a 72H ban. Well, I tried logging back in on #ACCOUNT2, and it said it had been TEMPORARLY suspended. Wait what? Couple of hours ago it was saying, this account has been banned?!

So my guess is that they somehow messed up, and different GMs were confused about the 2 accounts on 1 bnet account or so, and somehow they give me 2x 72h. Luck? Probably, Happy? 100%
I can login at both game-accounts again ^^
