2 Accounts banned - no email

5)What plugins are you using?:
Glue, Mr. GearBuyer, BGbuddy pvp suite for BGbuddy, Glue for Gatherbuddy

6)How many hours per day did you bot for?:
5 hours Bgbuddy, 8 hours Gatherbuddy

6.5)What honest percentage of time did you supervise your bot?
80%, I went for a nap today (2hrs) and when I woke up both were disconnected and with unable to login due to ban message.

7)How many auctions per day did you have?:
Under 250.

8)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods?
No.

9)Was your account involved in gold selling?
Neither no.

10)EU or US realm?
US

I haven't received an email. How should I go about getting this reversed?

Emails can take up to 1 day to actually come in. Sucks that it happened, but im not too sure as how to play it.

So what part where you gathering from if Uldam then that could be why Also I say 8 hours gathering thats a long time for a human player and not to have any breaks you should gather for like 2 hours then 1 hour break then another 2 ect

No, I would say about 3 hours, 30-40 min break and then 5 hours.

I submitted a ticket to get the accounts restored in the meantime.

Ok so they still haven't told me what caused my bans but they have unbanned the account that was running BGBuddy. Here is the reply to the Gatherbuddy account:

Account: WOW3

After an additional thorough review of the action taken against this account, we regret to inform you that we have arrived at the same conclusion and the account action will not be removed under any circumstances.

Now I am sure I can still get this account back, I'm not sure how to do it.

Doesn't look like I'll be able to get back my 3rd account. I strongly believe this was caused from mailing all my farming mats to the banker character. Gonna start using the Gbank now.

Where they on the same account together who you mailed all your mats to? But yea Gbank is the way to go bliz thinks that people cant make so much like gold, mats ect I mean they even banned my friends account because he mailed a ton of gold to his other WoW account even tho they were under the same battlenet
