2.5.6291.461 Not updating mesh files

HB Version: 2.5.6291.461

Tested on both update tool and fresh install.

Clearing the mesh folder, it will only pull down 1 mesh regardless of zone and remain stuck on 'loading tiles'.

Tried that as well just now. no affect.

Did not work with the current install. I just tested with a fresh install and cleared mesh folder, and it is now working.
