2.3 is out soon, need EA routine!

2.3 is coming soon and witch explosive arrow build will be craaazy!
So if someone can make a EA routine that stop attacking for a bit evry 5fuses it would be very nice!
i know you guys are caoable of doint it!

The problem with doing that is that the skill requires very specific behaviour. Coding such thing would require few hours/day, testing & fixing bugs would take another one day or more. Noone will do that especially for you (for free). Maybe you should consider using other skill that doesn't require specific logic?
