Sorry, just got around to checking my guys after finals. Two didn't make it. (2/3)
Just to be clear I have 4 accounts in total, didn't count my main/mule, as I don't bot with it.
1) Were you using DemonBuddy on the account at the same time the ban/suspension occurred? (Kicked offline due to being Banned)
Yes
2) If not, when was the last time?:

4) How did you level your characters? Please give some details
One acct given by friend who quit. The other one was botted to 60 with a levelling profile.
5) What combat class were you using? if None Just put Default then the Classname:
Default giles wiz and barb.
6) What plugins are you using?:
Giles, buddystats, radsatom
7) How many hours per day did you bot for?:
Average 20; didn't have a thing that restarts diablo when it errors out.
Around 16 if breaks are included. (But radsatom breaks don't logout so I don't know)
7.5) What honest percentage of time did you supervise your bot?
30%
8) How many auctions per day did you have?:
Almost always full when there's something to sell.
8.5) Did you use the Real Money Auction House (RMAH)?
Yes, with the wiz at first then stopped and did a mule relationship with my main.
9) Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, Mods, or Exploits?
No.
10) Was your account involved in gold selling?
No. Mule/main account does selling.
11) What server region where you connected to (The Americas, Europe or Asia)?
Americas.
