My theory on bans (metaphorical - not factual):

Bans are the effect of Blizzard doing a "cannonball" in the pool that is the realms of D3.

Blizzard is small in size (mainly due to their small intellects and tiny wieners) so when they jump in, there isn't much of a splash.

Occasionally, some people get splashed by the tiny wave produced by this "cannonball" (again, mainly due to their small intellects and tiny wieners) and are banned.

Rarely (as rare as it is to have sex with a small intellect and tiny wiener), they land right on top of some botters resulting in a "banwave".

In conclusion, they have no idea where we are in their system.

Why so much hate towards Blizzard? Banwaves are needed, in both wow and d3, if there weren't any - it would be much worse. And again - if you were running a game you would also try to get rid of botters, hackers and anyone else abusing the rules of your game.

Well what we want is the big Chinese farms to be banned while us small time (<20 bot) US/EU botters scrape by ok, maybe a few waves here and there. Those Chinese farms are running thousands of bots so they are the ones having the biggest effect on the economy
