using hb for gathering i always monitoring my bot so i dont know what happened what should i do now where i can see its perm or not ?
 
You should get an email informing you what has happened and why you were banned / suspended. I'm pretty sure it will also direct you on how to contest it as well, but I could be wrong.

I personally have only been suspended and in the email it told me the duration and the reasoning behind the suspension and what I could do if I had any issues with it.
