2/2 72 Hours Suspension

First, about 2 weeks ago i was banned on my main account after 2weeks i used HB.

1)Were you using Honorbuddy, Gatherbuddy or both on the account? : GB2
2)If so, when was the last time?: While i get the ban
3)What profile were you using?: My own gathering profile
4)What combat class were you using? if None Just put Default then the Classname: Default - Feral Druid
5)What plugins are you using?: Logmeout, Druid Harvest Helper, HBRelogger
6)How many hours per day did you bot for?: 7/24 for 2weeks
6.5)What honest percentage of time did you supervise your bot? : %10 or less
7)How many auctions per day did you have?: 300-400 raw herb + mine
8)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods? : no
9)Was your account involved in gold selling? : yes
10)EU or US realm? : EU
11)Is the banned account a Scroll of Resurrection or an actual paid account? : Paid acc, my main acc.



Then 2 weeks ago i made a new account, leveled it, i just started pandaria farming at night (5-6hours before ban). I leveled from 80 to 90 with questing, then i used PB for herbalism-mining level up.

6)How many hours per day did you bot for?: 12 - 15 hours a day
6.5)What honest percentage of time did you supervise your bot? : %15 or less
7)How many auctions per day did you have?: none
8)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods? : no
9)Was your account involved in gold selling? : no
10)EU or US realm? : EU
11)Is the banned account a Scroll of Resurrection or an actual paid account? : paid account.

So I wonder what is gonna happen if i get caught again? permaban?

I know why I'm banned on first account, I really much deserved that one. But second account... I mean wtf is going on? People I know gets 72h suspension one by one last 2weeks or so.
