Was the game account created after the 13-May-2015 banwave? No, both were old Beta accounts

EU or US realm? US

Did the account have any previous suspensions or bans? Yes, the May 2015 wave

How many (average) hours per day did you bot? 10-12, garrisons + Tanaan dailies

What estimated percentage of the time did you supervise your bot? 10%

Was your account involved in gold selling? No

How many auctions per day did you post on this account? 40-50 between the 2 accounts
(If you were posting auctions at some other timeframe than "per day", please describe your magnitude and frequency as appropriate.)

Did you use any non-Honorbuddy bots with this account? If so, which ones? No
(A non-legitimate Honorbuddy should be listed here, as it does not have the same account protections as legitimate Honorbuddy.)

Did you use any H4cks, Che4ts, or mods with this account? If so, what are their names? No

Do you have any observations about the event you'd like to share? I reactivated first account on 12/6 and second on 12/7. When logging in to the second I do not recall being prompted for a EULA/ToS confirmation. Does anyone know if that is done per computer install or per account? Obviously the Not that it matters but it is a legal leg to stand on.

Both accounts suspended 18mos on 12/16. Contacted them via ticket on 12/18 requesting partial refund which of course was denied. Simply stating I was doing it per Visa chargeback guidelines. I filed partial chargebacks (2/3 which is the amount of monthly time I got) a couple days later. Received letters today saying they were found in my favor, one in full and one for the partial amount. If anyone is interested in doing the same, here is what I included:

Date of the charge being disputed
Date they cancelled your service
Date(s) you contacted the merchant requesting a refund
State that you dispute that you violated any terms or conditions and that the merchant has refused to provide any evidence or details surrounding their claim.

If you really want to stick it to them, file your chargebacks. A lot of chargebacks in a short period of time will usually result in a merchant getting their fees raised and their withholding increased (the amount the payment processor keeps on hand to address chargebacks, credits, and other issues).
