What gems are going to be worth picking up?

Only quality + Englighten/Enhance/Empower, or did I miss a new gem that is drop only.
 
Trap and Mine Damage are also drop-only. Added Chaos, too.
 
@ExVault: would be cool if EB provides a better and simple solution to switch between "pickup all gems" (which is even outdated i guess) and pick up only quality gems and the mentioned gems above.

i really hated to clean my stash so often (pre 2.0) with all the stupid scrolls and gems

You can do that with AdvancedItemFilter tho. just make 2 rules for this and toggle them on/off on the fly
