I got the same exact reply from a GM today. It appears that some real dbags are working there today because they have not been helpful at all in trying to get a lesser penalty.

CR for all classes, one questing map at krasarang wilds. i supervise it 50% of the time.

i even called customer support and got directed to a senior GM.
