Won't load profiles?

So i just started using my bot again since my computers been down so i re-downloaded all of honorbuddy and the profile and last time i used it, it wouldn't load the uldum profile from kicks profile and is still doing so.. what do i do?

Updated: Just realized it will load on another toon but it wont load on the toon i am trying to level

Is your toon the required level for the profile?
