what profiles did you use?
I used two accounts RAF'ed (one to be my main, and one to be abused for the RAF bonus), and a third account level 85 druid which I had been botting on before. Instance boosted the two Raf'ed accounts from one to sixty on seven toons using my own instance profiles. They involved having one profile for the lvl 85, which went around the instances and cleared most of the trash, and another profile for the RAF'ed account that followed at a safe distance to leach the xp, whilst collecting the loots. When I had seven level 60 toons, I granted the levels to the remaining three. This gave me 10 level 60's. At this point I ditched one of the Raf'ed accounts and focused on the main account
I then use a modified version of one of the 58-68 questing profiles, which I added quests to as the first toon went through.
Once they were all at 60-70 I made a profile for Northrend on the first toon to go through and refined it on the second toon, then just left the rest to level through to 80.
At 80 I made three more questing profiles for Mount Hyjal, Deepholm and Uldum. But there were gaps, so I found the most profitable grinding spots (Volatile Air/Fire/Water/Earth, Embersilk Cloth, Savage Leather, etc) to fill in the level gaps.
The whole thing took about 8 months.
As far as the professions go, I did it the old fashioned way. Bot the materials and store in a guild bank, then manually use the mats for the professions. Which for the most part the crafted items were just vendored.
The amusing part is that I don't know how to play most of the toons, so they aren't much use to me apart from the professions they have.
