$10 battle chest.. how?

i see people post that they get $10 battle chests when they upgrade from a starter, I can't seem to figure out how to do this.. or is that just old? They all seem to be $20 for an account..

Make a starter account then after a little while it offers it for $10.

yep just log out and back in after you make an account and a toon on it.

The cheapest battle chest (with wod) that i can find is currently at 3-5 $ depending on the quantity of the purchase.
