I asked why and he just exited me. "sigh" I sent an appeal but to no avail the decision still stands. I liked the bot, but I guess blizz was on their game. the ban is 6 months for a first time offense. I don't understand why. any one else have any ideas how to get unbanned/suspended

Greetings shane,

Battle.net Account: [email protected]
BattleTag:

Action: 6 month Suspension
Violation: Unapproved Third Party Software

Blizzard will take action against any players using third party programs, which operate outside the World of Warcraft software, to gain an advantage in the game. This software may include increasing movement or teleportation hacks, automating gameplay, or other changes that subvert the mechanics or design of the game. This can also include programs that obtain information not normally available to the regular player, or that transmit or modify any of the game files.

Normally, this classification does not include UI modifications or addons, except those UIs that require an external application to function.
This is a warning against the above behavior, which Blizzard deems unacceptable for World of Warcraft. This is covered in the World of Warcraft Code of Conduct and Terms of Use (http://www.blizzard.com/company/about/termsofuse.html).

In addition to this warning, your game license has been issued a suspension as detailed above. Your game license will not be available for play during this time.

As the account holder, you are responsible for the activity associated with this game license. Further violations will result in harsher suspensions or permanent closure.

This page contains details on how suspensions are appealed and reviewed:

This is in the wrong section, but I also don't believe this really happens.

Also censor out your own private information, good lord.

Well That is why I asked, if any one knew how to appeal this in a way that could help my case? I just wanted to prove I was not Trolling and this happened this morning

ok what section do I need to post in? has this happened to anyone? The Gm. said I only can appeal once more and after the Final appeal they will not review it any further. just don't know what to say I told the Gm. that I was playing and I obviously was because I responded to the GM when the GM opened a chat window with me. but it does not matter.

Backgound- Questing in Frostfire ridge went from level 90-91 almost 92 had not been in a group of any kind on a Illidan server U.S then GM initiated talk, State I was in violation, move to safe area and I would be exited then I was exited he did not respond to me when asked under what cause.

Nice story bro. If a GM wants you somewhere, they can just teleport you. Stop making shit up.

what DO YOU MEAN! omfg, forget it you all are no help I post the Emails, I show my info on here asking for help all I get are bunch of jerks who are no help at all.

I think it's because GMs don't contact you to warn you you're being DC'ed in game or wait for you to move to a safe spot, you just get DC'ed and suspended.

Your emails are the exact same copy/pasted messages that everyone receives, not considered proof of anything. There's no help to give either: if they denied your appeals, you'll have to wait out the 6 months (if it even happened) or start a new account. That's it.

Ive been contacted and asked to get o safe location but this was a few years ago and that was for a 3 day ban of abusive vulgar language
