The mail:

Account Name: *******

Reason for Closure: Terms of Use Violation -- Exploitative Activity: Abuse of the Economy

This account was closed because one or more characters were identified exchanging, or contributing to the exchange of, in-game property (items or gold) for "real-world" currency. This exchange process negatively impacts the World of Warcraft game environment by detracting from the value of the in-game economy.

Even if this is the result of account sharing, the account owner can still be held responsible for the penalty because of the impact it had on the game environment.

We've found the above behaviour is many times directly related to groups responsible for compromising World of Warcraft accounts; we take these issues very seriously. To better understand our position against exploitative activity and the risks involved, please review this article:Impact of Buying Gold - Services - World of Warcraft

The exploitative activity that took place on this account violates the World of Warcraft Terms of Use. We ask you take a moment to review these terms atBlizzard Entertainment: Blizzard Legal Documentation. Any recurring subscriptions on this account have been suspended to prevent further monetary charges.

If you believe your account was compromised, please go to the following website https://eu.battle.net/account/support/account-recovery.html. Our support staff will assist you as soon as possible. If you are unable to access your account due to the password being changed, please visit our Login Support site here: https://eu.battle.net/account/support/password-reset.html

When I try to login it now says it has been temporarily disabled. Does this mean it has been changed to a 72-hour suspension?

I have not recieved any email about this.

Did you send lots of ore/herbs from your sor-account to another account? Because I got autobanned for that, then I appealed and they apologized and unlocked it instantly.

Yes, I did this on a daily basis. I did however just call their support. He told me I was "actually banned for using 3rd party software, like a bot."
I played it like I didn't know what he was talking about, and he told me to make a ticket, because he didn't have the "power" to unban it.

I'd like to get an answer on my previous question in #1. If it's now only suspended I will not be doing anything else..

If you are logged in an you are trying to click the banned account what is stated there? Either you are banned or suspended.

Yesterday it stated the account was closed and showed me this on a battle.net page. Now it redirects me to another kind of page (WoW-europe) where it says "This account has been temporarily disabled and is currently unable to access World of Warcraft. "

That's great news... Just weird it suddenly got changed. The guy I talked to said he couldn't change it and I had to make a ticket about it.
I didn't get an email about it either, but whatever, I guess it's a 72-hour suspension then. Then all's good!
