1 Month Key Problem ! :(

I bought a 30 day key for ExileBuddy but everytime I start the bot I get this msg.
There was an error authenticating your key with the server. Please try again or use a diffrent key. Max Sessions

Is there anything that I missing or doing wrong ?
I got the key and Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal says its active.
I hope I can get some help with this

I'll send this thread to Tony, who will try to get someone to TV you and help you as soon as you can, but there's going to be a bit of a delay as support catches up.

The actual issue isn't on our end (we've checked into this as thoroughly as possible with recent reports).

This issue comes from users having something on their PC that is directly affecting the way the bot authenticates to our server. I'm not sure what it is, or why it happens, or where it even comes from, but something is preventing the bot from being able to authenticate properly, and as a result, it doesn't work. A very small number of users are affected (basically anyone who posts saying they have that same error), and about 1/2 of them have resolved the issue themselves.

No one has been able to tell us yet what the actual issue was, and since it involves the user's PC, we can't be too invasive about it. I'll startup a new conversation with staff today about the issue though to see if we need to change anything in the matter, since right now, users have to wait for Support or they need to try the bot on another PC / VM / clean install.

If you'd like to work with us in the matter of figuring it out, it'd be helpful, but first we need to talk things over with Staff about how it should be handled.

I got the key to work after I reinstalled net and Microsoft Visual C++ 2013.
And downloaded the bot again.
Now I'm going to try to get the best setup for boting
