1 Honorbuddy key swap for hearthsrtone

Is there any way I can swap one of my honorbuddy keys for a hearthbuddy keys? I have 2 lifetime honorbuddy keys, which seems pretty pointless haha. Thanks

Is that not possible in any scenario? I own a Honorbuddy lifetime key usable for three sessions but I am only using one at max. I would like to start using Wildbuddy and maybe start developing for it but I don't feel like paying again since I already have two unneeded sessions.
