1 day key

i bought yesterday a 1 day key to taste this bot but when i try to use it the bot wasnt up by the swtor upgrade now after 1 day new release was up and my 1 day license expired, it possible to get a new one with no cost ?

yea, just e-mail support, explain the situation and include your key, ether more time will be added too it, or they will issue you a new one.
