1) Bug Submitter Bugged, 2) Update issue

1) When trying to report a bug with the bugsubmitter plugin, I can't select a component (there's nothing to select there), and therefor I can't complete the report to send (the send button stays grey after filling out everything else and attaching a logfile).

2) Issues with the updater. I'm up to date with HB, but the updater keeps telling me there's a update downloaded (icon appears with the download at the bottom of the HB screen bar for a short moment with message "update is ready to be installed") and available to update. After the startup and the message the icon disappears.

1) Its broken due to the bugtracker being offline at the moment. (Until we have a fix for permissions issues, it'll be staying offline. Should be within the week hopefully)
2) Some have had success just re-running the updater.exe. Its a new feature, so obviously there may be some bugs. (Hey, it works! The only "bug" is that message so far )
