My responce after my first appeal.

So I manually traced over everything on this account. During that investigation we have confirmed our initial findings, and the action will not be reversed or changed. There was no outside access to the account and it was 100% accurate in it's detection of a third party program.

We understand that you may still have concerns regarding the action, but we must reiterate that it was taken to address a violation of the Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (Blizzard Entertainment:Blizzard Legal Documentation), which all players accept before logging into the game.

We understand that these policies may seem harsh, but they are in place to ensure that every player is able to enjoy their time in our games. Thank you for respecting our position.

yea it wont be back.... thats the type of responses a maneger types and the higher ups will flag that account so when you open any ticket on thet account it will say in bold to the blizz agent " DO NOT TALK ABOUT REVERSING BAN" and if you start to plee for the account they will hang up/ end chat. happened to me man

100k per week is not close to much! Make them 100k daily, then you could possibly rise attention.

Since you have used both GB2 and shuffling your gained stuff, you were probably reported on both your shuffling/gathering toon, and banned. The one info is missing - is your account auto or manual banned. Only the mail could say that.

Regarding the appeal, dont give up, the GMs are living persons, just like us, and some of them "love" bots, but others dont care.

One of the funniest appeals I have made included live chat with a GM, and when he seemed not very good attitude to bots, I disconnected it, and re initiated the live chat!
The fun started here: While I was already chatting with the new GM, I seen the conclusion of the first GM, denying my appeal, and leaving the account closed! But ... the 2nd GM restored my account and apologized for it getting banned! And that was gathering account with legendary cloak and stuff, on duty for almost year and a half!

So TLDR: Dont give up, appeal!

I was impressed with your rndbuddy project however it still has some flaws like flying out into the nether from kun lai sumit. Also you need to modify the dismount option abit more because i had mine turned to 'do not dismount' yet it still did for some reason and in kun lai sumit also resulted in dismounts mid air and lauching me off some of the mountains. Other then those few issues which happend only a few times your project is awesome. I only used your rndbuddy for about 1 week of the 2 weeks worth of farming and despite what i said above its an awesome project and looks like your working hard on it.

The account is as old as when trail of the crusader patch was bought out ran flat chat till the begining of pandaria then i stopd playing. the account has been up for about 3 weeks. and the first week of that was finishing off leveling a druid on the account(i ran a mage on it for farming for a LONG time) then made the mage enchant/alch for my shuffles.
