1 Account - Got banned Twice and Returned

I'm not pretty sure if a Ban Wave, cuz I've been seen a lot of messages about those Bans and Returns.

But blizzard somehow is taking actions about it, I have this "farming account" (WOW2) and have been banned 2 times for the same reason, with the SAME mail, with the SAME reply of almost every post here.

But somehow they returned it to me as soon I made a ticket and stuff... I'm quite worried about.

I got banned 2 times and same thing.. Now 2 days ago i put in a 60 day time card. Just got banned again appeal didn't work.
