On the day of the banning, less than 5 hours. But on average the account would be on for 8-10 hours a day.

Important to note that the account was tuned WAY down in time spent botting. On Easter Sunday I was whispered by someone and told they were reporting me. I have a 2 week rule, if I get whispered, I restrict my bot time to no more than 3-4 hours a day. I was offline for nearly 6 hours when the account was closed, I doubt they "caught" me botting and just inferred it from my time played and loot log.
