Reason for Action: Terms of Use Violation -- Exploitative Activity: Unauthorized Cheat Programs ("Hacks")

This suspension happened because one or more characters on this account were identified using an unauthorized cheat program, also known as a "hack.". These programs provide character benefits normally not achievable in the World of Warcraft. Such benefits include, but are not limited to, increased speed, teleportation, or running through walls/boundaries. Use of these unauthorized programs harm the game environment because they offer an unfair advantage over other players and superscede the intended limits of the game.

Even if this is the result of account sharing, the account owner can still be held responsible for the penalty because of the impact it had on the game environment.

We've found the above behavior is many times directly related to groups responsible for compromising World of Warcraft accounts; we take these issues very seriously. I'm a little confused as to how this happened, since I haven't used any hacks. Should I contest it?

Sounds like your account was just hit with lots of reports from other players.

Might as well contest it. They won't permaban you just for contesting an automated system.

Real "Caught Botting" bans don't get 72 hour suspensions. They close the account. Appeal it, unless there's only like 24 hours left.

He was banned for using 3th part program. They don't care is that bot or whatever I guess.

I am the tank, and I manually move.

In that case, the question is how they are noticed that you are botting. Maybe know someone who uses LazyRaider to tanking.

That's exactly what i was wondering... I use LazyRaider to tank as well, and i don't know how could they know... It just spams the abilities while you manually move the character... It is very weird...

Well if the bot was detected there probably he hundreds of threads in this section saying "I just got banned" so I doubt it is detected,
If this guy has done for example uldum botting in the past maybe someone has reported him and now its only just been read. I want to know what other botting has this user done apart from tanking using lazyraider today

But maybe it was player reports like for example your tanking a whole dungeon and talking at the same time to the party members :L
