My LV.85 and my account was banned (I use the bot every day and 8 hour) .
I just buy unlimited Bot last week.
I write mail to support.
They write back


"I'm getting into contact with you with the results from our investigation into your banned account. Unfortunately, after an in depth investigation into your account, the team has found that your account has breached our Terms of Use (ToU) and due to this they have decided to close your account permanently."

"We're unable to elaborate any further on the investigation, but concluded that there was a infringement of our Terms of Use, and the account will remain banned."

no, nothing wrong. Just looking for something consistent between ban reports. Your build/grinding is nothing out of the ordinary so.. sorry for your lose.
