1-90 farmer project, fresh account. Tips needed!

I'm about to open two new fresh accounts. Guess the fastest way will be RAF. But it's long time since I've leveled 1-90 so I need some tips along the way. The toons will be used as farmers when they hit 90.

I started the topic to get some tips to level them as fast as possible, aswell as I guess it will be usefull for alot of others that are doing the same.

Here's some questions I want to clear out:

• What classes are suggested to level as quick as possible?
  (Not only should they be quick to level together - RAF -, but they also have to work effective as a farmer alone at 90)
• What way to level them?
  (BG, farmer, questing or some exploit/bug method? I know theres some around!)
• How to split them after they reach 90?
  (When they hit 90, I dont want them on same faction/realm. How to spread them after? Doing it 1-90 to times to spread them sounds wasting, but safe to pay for a faction/realmswap?)

Feel free to share info about doing 1-90 that I didn't ask about in the list over. Anything to improve the leveling and doing it as fast as possible is awsome.

I got my old account banned 1,5 week ago, got a new one started and he's 90 now: took me 6 days and 8 hours.
I leveled a warrior, because I feel their self healing is strong now. But I've botted most other classes.
But if you go as two characters, you should go paladin and druid. Paladin have passive moment speed, druid have fly form, level as tank/healer.

I used questing to 80 and then Mixed Mode 80-90 (quest/bg).

It sounds like a waste to raf them and then pay to change server. You should instead level one on each without raf, it's free and you're botting!
But otherwise, unless you have a 90 account, go mine/herb on acc 1 and jc/ench on acc 2, then you can shuffle and make 2 or 3 times the gold you would get from selling raw.
On acc 2 (same realm) with jc/ench you can bot companions instead. But you should also get alch/inscription. But if you only want gather to do no work (shuffling, I don't know if PB works for it anymore), you should level them on separete realms from start.
