i havent seen any. does anyone have one? or will the gnome/dwarf work.

There are ones for 1-12 in the Draenei starting zone(s) but you will have to move to one of the others such as the Gnome/Dwarf one you already mentioned.
You can also just start with the Gnome/Dwarf profile straight from level1 but be aware some classes have limited trainers for you to visit.

All you have to do is move your draeni to either the dwarf or human starting zones and use the profiles for them.

Mordd has a 1-20 draenei one for HB1.
Guess you can use the xml for HB2 as well.

The reason there isn't any is because of their starting zone. You eventually (at the latest, level 20) have to get out of the islands and go to Kalimdor or Eastern Kingdoms to gain experience, and at that point you just use what every other Alliance race is using.
