1-525 Mining Herb bug / ProffessionBuddy

So yesterday evening i started ProffessionBuddy at 1herbalsim and 1mining now when i wake up he is 253 mining and 201 herbalism. But he is mining ores that doesn't give level up in Felwood. And he doesn't pick up any flowers either. I think that is cuz he CAN'T even pick them. And i have tried stop/start and flying to an other zone but nope.
