1/5 D3 Processes using a lot of CPU?

Randomly at some point in the day, my CPU fan gets really loud. My stock 3570k CPU usage nearly maxes out non stop, decided to look at the resouce monitor, and it looks like it's one of the D3's that is open. Again it's not always like this, it comes and goes as it pleases throughout the day. I have never had this issue, noticed it happening earlier this week, and was too lazy to care untill now. Any idea what's wrong?

Check gpu load also, probably fps limit gets broken and fps limit does not work for that client.

GPU load is 20-30% EVGA GTX 670 FTW 2GB.

I was actually just searching for anyone else having this problem. I am running 3 instances of DB with the help from YAR. Sometimes one of the instances seems to use almost the double or tripple amount of memory and CPU power compared to the other ones. I haven't been able to find any fix for this yet.

Think this is normal, it does this to me with lots of games, even diablo2 when i botted that. If its not, i have been missing out

I have the same issue. Running six bots, sometimes one D3 Process uses twice or more CPU Power. When this happens, I just kill this process and after Drelog reboots everything is fine again.
Happens only some times...

one d3 is running at max fps which causes more cpu load. more fps does not mean that only the gpu has to work harder
