1/4 Perma Banned (Sending Gold by mail across accounts)

1/4 account has been perma banned.

I have 4 accounts (A,B,C,D). I use 3 (A,B,C) Accounts to Herb/Mine and 1(D) Account to run AH bot.
(All of my accounts uses ARelog rotation with breaks, never 24/7 on one character. Usually 3 hours bot, 2 hours break.)

I don't AH raw materials, I only AH crafted items. Of those 3(A,B,C) accounts, only 1(A) account has max profession, and I also use this account(A) to gather some time (5 hours per day roughly).

I have my own personal bank and Account (A) is the GM. I don't sell gold from account (A), I use (B) or (C) to do that.

Account (A) receive gold from my AH Account (D) through Mail. And also, mail from other characters within the same account (A) for COD gold.

This Account (A) has been banned Permanently for

Reason for Closure: Terms of Use Violation -- Exploitative Activity: Abuse of the Economy

This account was closed because one or more characters were identified exchanging, or contributing to the exchange of, in-game property (items or gold) for "real-world" currency. This exchange process negatively impacts the World of Warcraft game environment by detracting from the value of the in-game economy.

My Speculation is, you can't transfer huge amount of gold thorough MAIL across accounts. I'm gonna use Gbank deposits from now on.
Actually I read the warning on this forum, but I wasn't being careful, thinking I've been doing this for like 2-3 weeks and it's been fine. Actually I should've listened.

Now I need to replace that Account (A) with max professions. What is the fastest way of doing it? Buy a SOR Account?
I'll need max JC / Inscription / Enchanting / Alchemy (2 characters with max levels).
Also, if the GM account has been banned for my Personal Guild Bank. Who's the GM for that Guild now?
