1.2 Build 552 - Sometimes Stuck After Death

I am sometimes stuck at "YOU HAVE DIED" screen and nothing happens.

In the log provided here it happens twice.

Once in the middle of the log and I hit STOP and STARTed again.

It also happened at the very end of log.

make a fresh installation from scratch and let me know plz

Did a fresh install. Died many times because I was just standing in a corner not moving.

I eventually started moving again and went to town for repair. It repaired:

1st Issue: Went through Greater Rift Level 1 Portal instead of TP
2nd Issue: I got to Greater Rift Floor 2 after repairing and going back and character just stands at door, doesnt move
