1/2 bans overturned? Same scenario

After yesterdays bans I sent off tickets to blizzard detailing excuses and reasons to be unbanned etc.
One account I receive the "ban overturned sorry for any troubles" yet the other account I get "This will not be reversed"
I sent the same email (with minor details changed), both bots were banned at the same time and for the same reason (Gatherbuddy, gatherit profiles(Not blaming them))

Any advice on if I should pursue this locked account or what to say?

As i experienced it is totally depends on the GM's mood/personlity/attitude... For example 3 SoR accs got locked because of the difference in names. I got back 2 of them after 4 tickets on each. On the 3rd i have sent around 12 tickets so far.
One says it cant be unlocked because of the name, then the other unlocks it for you and apologize for the troubles.

My advice is just keep them spamming with tickets. Its free, and whats the worst that can happen? Nothing your account already banned.
