No.
2) If not, when was the last time?:
As I've been moving the banned account hadn't been in game in over two weeks. The unbanneed account around three weeks.

Banned account had level 60s of all classes. Half leveled by hand, half bot leveled.

Varied from 2-18, some days off, no set schedule.
