1-100 Questing Profile Pack, but the level 90-100 quests not showing up?

EDIT: The level 90-100 quests

Are the quests for 1-100 Questing Profile Pack currently undergoing maintenance, or redoing them all or something? I leveled both a horde and ally character with no problem on the profiles. Any ideas or I'm just not keeping up with the updates?

Here's what it looks like on my end (All profiles available EXCEPT WoD):

log into the buddystore. then click on "My Purchases" disable streaming for the profile pack.


then start honorbuddy, login and make sure the profiles arent streaming anymore.


close honorbuddy.


then re-enable streaming on the site for the profile pack.


see if they now show up.
