Yes, I was actually playing myself, through VMWare, this time not on my V-P-N.

Actually, all my characters were hand-leveled this summer. I took time off from July to November at which point I returned.
5) What combat class were you using? if None Just put Default then the Classname:

7) How many hours per day did you bot for?:
This was variable, to be honest. I started out pretty modest - 10 - 12 hours a day. Towards the end, I was going for about 16+, but only once did I accidentally pull a 24 hour one.
7.5) What honest percentage of time did you supervise your bot?
Probably about 30 - 50% of the time. I am a student, so I spend a fair amount of time away from my desktop.
8) How many auctions per day did you have?:

No.
9) Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, Mods, or Exploits?
No.
10) Was your account involved in gold selling?

Here is a question - I know some people have been banned for using VMWare and V-P-N. However, my use of a V-P-N is actually for school - in order to academic journals, scholarly articles and the like, for free, I set up a V-P-N through my university's medical school, so I can obtain all of these articles for free. Most of the time, I simply leave it on without thinking otherwise. That being said, my V-P-N is only located 5 or so miles from my actual location, so this may not be a good enough excuse.
Another thing, much of the required software that is available out there from the big name companies that my professors require me to have, work solely on Windows OS, which means I needed to make a partition on VMWare to run these things. Could I make a case here? These are really unique circumstances, but they are 100% accurate and true, just like the fact I was botting.
Either way, thought I would ask. For the time being, however, I am banned! No big deal.
