1) Were you using DemonBuddy on the account at the same time the ban/suspension occurred? (Kicked offline due to being Banned)
No, I haven't used for past 2 days.

2) If not, when was the last time?:
2 days ago when my bot stopped working due to some strange bug where my bot would not do anything and just stand still when in-game.

4) How did you level your characters? Please give some details
By hand before I purchased DB.

5) What combat class were you using? if None Just put Default then the Classname:

5-6hours

7.5) What honest percentage of time did you supervise your bot?
I would check every 2 hours for a few mins and then leave again. <10% I'd reckon overall.

8) How many auctions per day did you have?:
8-10.
Usually small ones worth a couple hundred thousand gold and few 5-10m items.

8.5) Did you use the Real Money Auction House (RMAH)?
No.

9) Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, Mods, or Exploits?
No.

10) Was your account involved in gold selling?
No.

11) What server region where you connected to (The Americas, Europe or Asia)?

Quick update.
I went to one of the topics in the D3 official EU forums and find the following message when I try to post using D3 display name:
Origination:In-game Activity
Ban Type:in-game activities that violate the Terms of Use.
Expires: <Here is written a date which says my ban duration is about 3 days>

Is this just a forum posting rights unban duration or am I only banned for 3 days in-game account included ? In my battlenet account page it says BANNED in red for Diablo 3 license. I have also received Account Closure email though :S. So I'm a bit confused now.
