1.04 Quest Exp Nerf & Input Limit = 1-60 Level by Hand? Buy L60 Accts?

So I guess all the previous leveling profiles are unsafe and obsolete.

If you don't botting in Hc, 1-60 can do so easy with grind too.

1-15 sucked, but after that botting is still really fast imo.. using vachem at 15, then switching between queen runs and act3q1 siege runs when needed. still less than 42hrs by far to get 60.

I never had any issues.. took about 35 hours to level my barb 2 days ago, and alot of that was 1-15 since I didn't bother changing profiles when I needed to.

I manual to level to 20. Then start normal siege runs. Update my gear about every ten levels. It goes fast
