결제사이트 접속이 안되는데요..

결제사이트 접속하려면 없는 url이라 나오고
버디 다운로드를 하려고 들어가면 뭐 독일 이라는데..

이런 메세지 뜨면서 다운도 안되네요 일단 가이드보고 설치는 했는데 결제사이트 접속이안되니... ㅜㅜ 뭐가 문젠지 모르겠네요.
