求救坦克key问题

我10号晚上就买坦克的单开终身卡 但是到现在还没有给我KEY 邮件是这样的

你可以检查你邮箱的垃圾箱看是否被过滤,或者使用购买key时填写的邮箱在Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal注册,然后登录在key页面查看你购买的key

我只是通过支付宝支付啊 没有在这里登陆来买key

你支付之前需要先填你的邮箱等购买信息才会转到支付宝支付的,购买页面点进去后你需要填了邮箱才可以选择支付宝继续支付,就是用那个邮箱在Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal注册然后登录在key页面查看你的key
