安装这2个支持库
按住ctrl和alt中间那个键不放,再按r键,然后输入regedit,回车打开注册器。然后进入如下路径中
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Lsa\FipsAlgorithmPolicy
查看enable值是否为0,不为0设置为0
