我使用这个邮箱 在官网 通过支付宝 欧元转人民币 购买了一个 永久的单用户的key
7月一直在使用没有问题 最近没有用 今天登陆 提示 Authentication Failed

我刚测试过服务器可以正常使用
应该是你的网络问题,检查你的防火墙是否拦截了DB连接,或者设置下DNS为8.8.8.8再试试
如果使用CN版出现连接问题可以下载国际版使用

如果国际版连接出现问题可以下载CN版使用

另外出现问题最好不要截图,你上面的截图已经将你的KEY泄漏了,就算你要截图也要把你的KEY去掉再放图吖,注意帐号安全呢,购买邮箱也不要随便发出来,图片我已经帮你删掉
建议用你购买KEY的邮箱发送邮件到
[email protected]
将你的旧KEY写上,表明你的KEY不小心泄漏,申请更换新key

我刚刚试过了....还是不行 防火墙关闭掉也没有用..中英文 均提示 authentication failed..我先去申请换个key.....

换KEY是因为你的KEY泄漏了才需要更换,因为楼上的之前发截图,图上面有他的KEY,所以才需要更换的,authentication failed是网络或者机器问题,无需换KEY的
