关于退款问题

本人购买DK竞技场Gladiator Suite Death Knight - Arena Enabled .无法使用。
决定退款，可是退款后要我等2-3个工作日，今天收到官方来信说无法退款，叫我联系他们如何联系！
信件内容如下：

退款是无法原路退回的,只能你在邮件里回复提供paypal帐号,退到你的paypal帐号里,发生退款的这款产品也会因你退款后以后都无法再次购买
