买的永久炉石ckd一个月不玩在用提示无效cdk

这几天无聊从新下载炉石挂机，结果发现cdk不能使用，cdk在官方主页购买，切绑定我的邮箱！
以购买4个cdk，炉石1个，暗黑1个，魔兽2个，都绑定一个邮箱！
求怎么破无效cdk
登录CDK就提示这个：
Could not attach to a Hearthstone process.Please make sure an
available Hearthstone process is running.
