下载下面工具检测下运行环境

运行环境都没问题请检测下你的防火墙是否拦截了RB的网络连接,防火墙没有拦截的话,再用记事本打开这个目录的hosts文件

C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts

查看是否被修改了域名指向,如果被修改了,将hosts文件内容清空保存再试试
