Просадка ФПС в Диабло 3

Добрый день. Пару дней назад купил ключ demonbuddy, при запуске программы игра сильно тормозит, персонаж двигается рывками, пробовал выставлять низкие настройки но не помогло, потом искал на форуме как решить проблему, единственно что я понял это нужен net framework 4.6.1 для корректной работы программы, но у меня стоит windows 10 и net framework 4.7 который уже по идее включает в себя все версии от 4.0 дальше я уже не знаю что делать что бы решить проблему

Good day. I bought a demonbuddy key a couple of days ago, when the program starts, the game slows down, the character moves in jerks, tried to set low settings but did not help, then I looked on the forum how to solve the problem, the only thing I understood is that net framework 4.6.1 is needed for the program to work correctly but I have windows 10 and net framework 4.7 which already in theory includes all versions from 4.0 further I don’t know what to do to solve the problem
