Lifetime should mean lifetime
I purchased a "lifetime" key and because it is not longer active I would like a re-fund for the full amount I purchased the "lifetime" key for. I read the older post discussing this issue, and although it was heart felt it does not solve the problem. Please let me know how we can work together...- nnmacky
